The Aqua-Master is the official newsletter of the Oregon LMSC. For several years, the Aqua-Master has been a top-ten finalist for the USMS Newsletter of the Year Award. The newsletter contains news, announcements, important dates, meet entry forms, event results, swimmer spotlights and a wide variety of useful information for the Masters swimming enthusiast. The Aqua-Master is published monthly by the Oregon LMSC, and the subscription is included in the annual Oregon LMSC / USMS Registration dues. Material to be received for the Aqua-Master must be in by the 10th of the preceding month. For special articles or for special arraignments, contact the editor.

The Aqua-Master Editor has produced some physical requirements for articles submitted. These guidelines are meant to help with email articles, disc articles, fax articles, because we need to make sure that they fit correctly in the space allotted for each page.
